Excellent experience. The chair was finished on time. Ann also modified the frame for the caning to eliminate the friction that wore through the caning in the first place. Ann was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and worth every penny.

Excellent experience. She knew from my telephone description what I needed done, and gave a quote on the phone for the work. It was done promptly and beautifully. I still have two armchairs that I plan to take to her after the holidays. I would not hesitate to recommend her in the future. Rushing (as is caning) is becoming a vanishing art.

She was very pleasant and answered all the questions we had concerning what was to be done. She gave us a price that included the extra work and the caning. When I picked up the chairs, the price was exactly what she had quoted me. We were extremely pleased.
