In May, my wife hit some debris in the road. She patched it up on the fly and we continued to drive it, not knowing that there was extensive damage. We finally had time to take the car in for service, and Anderson Honda walked us through the damage and the repair cost. They were clear about everything that they could see, and what they couldn't see until they started the work. They helped us out with the insurance and fixed the car in a timely fashion. Work was actually done a day earlier than expected. When we picked it up, they walked through the damage and were very clear that we could come back if there were any problems.
My complains are two-fold
(1) They replaced one back tire, not both. When I asked them, they said that insurance didn't cover it. I understand that, but we would have liked the option to buy both back tires. Now one have 60k miles, and the other have none. It just means that we need to make another trip for a new tire.
(2) Not sure if this is the insurance company or Anderson Honda. Anderson said they would take care of getting payment from Safeco, but Safeco sent the check to our house in our name.
