"Hello, we have spoke to you on many occasions about the fees for packing, stairs, etc. You were well aware of all of these fees, some were even included in the confirmation as we added them for clarification. We believe this review is strictly based on your anger that our drivers were not able to get your couch into your new apartment as there is a 5 foot opening only and the couch is 8 feet long. This is not any fault of ours, there is no way to know that your new apartment is too small for your items, this is your responsibility to measure and be sure you have the space for them. Our drivers were not rude, they just would not risk their own safety and damaging your home to get the item in and we explained this thoroughly. We are very sorry you believe you had a bad experience as we did everything we could to attempt to make sure you were satisfied and happy with the move. Unfortunately for you, we can not risk damage and safety to do so. We wish you all the best in your new home."

"We are sorry that you feel that your move did not go as planned. The dresser had heavy nails on the bottom of it sticking out that the movers were not aware of. Even being wrapped with protective padding and carried, not drug, they stuck through and caused the damage. The office did inform you of this and spoke with you on many occasions including the day of to which you acknowledged this."

"We are sorry to hear you feel you had a bad experience. In this situation, the card you were trying to used was not processing so cash was the only option for your payment. Our movers never demand a tip and we have never heard reports of this before so this is surprising and was not brought to our attention, either were any missing items or damages. If this were the case, you could have reported this at the time of the move and we received no information about this issue."
