He came and performed the service but the repair did not work. I called him the same day to let him know and he did not come back for six day after multiple phone calls. When he came, he did not call to let me know he was there and left. He was very rude and unprofessional. He hung up on both my sister and I stating that he waits for no one. I advised him I was filing a complaint with the BBB which I did. I had another company come to repair my dishwasher and was advised that the work he did could of caused a fire.

THE TECH WAS THERE ON TIME. HOWEVER, AFTER HE LOOKED AT IT, HE HAD TO ORDER A PART, AND IT TOOK THREE WEEKS TO GET THE PART IN. ALSO, AFTER THEY GOT THE PART, IT TOOK A LONG TIME FOR HIM TO PUT IT IN. JUST SEEMED UNREASONABLE.
