WASN'T A QUALITY HUMIDIFIER THAT THEY INSTALLED. HAD TO COME OUT ABOUT 3 TIMES. THE COMPANY WAS VERY UNTRUTHFUL AND I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE OVER PRICED. THEY MADE A MESS WHEN THEY LEFT MY HOME THE LAST TIME.

THEY ARE SLOW TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. THEN THEY WENT FOR THE QUICK FIX, FIXING THE WRONG THING, FORCING THEM TO COME BACK OUT AND RE FIX THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN.
