There is 1 year warranty with them for anything that goes wrong including labor and parts. I have had a few questions and problems come up. They are never available and do not return my calls until I have gotten in touch with them several times. They seem to give me the run around and do not want to stand by their work. I called and left a message on 10-17. I got a phone call about 6 days later and they said they would come and look at the roof. He never showed up and did not respond to my text asking if he was coming either. When they installed my furnace they charged me approximately $1500 to put a new liner down my chimney. The insulation surrounding the pipe going to my chimney was very poorly installed, causing water to leak through my chimney when it rains collecting in the pan under my furnace. I called them to see if they could come look at that, it took over a week to call back. Also during the installation process and when they removed my radiators they didn't put any drop cloth down in my basement, there was soot everywhere. I smelled gas and thought there was a gas leak, they never came out to check it out claiming the smell was probably from the installation and removal of radiators. I had BG & E come out and look for the gas leak, which was found to the pipe that was connected to the pipe where the heater was installed. I paid Mr. rooter $235 to fix that problem, and I feel that I would have at least liked a phone call back from All Service concerning this issue and it probably should have been taken care of during installation or may have been caused during the installation. When they installed my furnace they charged me $1500 to put a new liner down my chimney. I had BGE rooter come out and found there was a small leak in the pipe they installed the furnace into. This summer the A/C didn't cool very well upstairs. I told him I'm leaving for 6 weeks to Florida. Told me to give him a call when I get back to sort the issue out, never returned my phone call. They always have excuses too. My guarantee runs out with them near the end of December. This summer the A/C didn't cool very well upstairs. I told him I'm leaving for 6 weeks to Florida.
