It was very good. They were very professional, the price was very good and they were responsive.

We had a cracked heat exchange in our 30 year old oil burning furnace so it had to be replaced. Contacted three companies for estimates, including All Seasons. They were quick to respond to our request for a quote and came out to view our system quickly. The person who came out to do the quote was able to answer any questions we had at that time. We requested a quote for just replacing the furnace and another for replacing both the furnance and the AC. Within two days they sent us a quote for three different scenerios with replacing just the furnace, replacing both the furnace and AC with no-thrills replacements and a third with more energy efficient replacements for the furnace and AC. We decided to go with the more energy efficient replacements since their price for installing those was better then other quotes we received, even though the equipment was the same make and model.
After deciding to use All Seasons to install a the new equipment, they were out a couple of days later to install it. They removed the old equipment and hauled it off. They installed the new equipment and a new thermostat. They got all the work done in one day. They calibrated the furnace and tested it. They will have to come back when the weather gets warmer to do the final calibrations on the AC, but they said they will come out free of charge since it is still part of the installation of the equipment. They cleaned up and left. The system has been running fine since. They also sent us a nice "Thank you" gift and a customer satisfaction survey about a week after doing the work. We were satisfied with the price and work.
