ALL COAST

It was unbelievably horrible.  It was the worst experience I have had in my life moving and I have moved a number of times.  They damaged nearly every piece of furniture I had.  The woods were scratched, and the glass & table tops were broken.  I didn't know that they were responsible for all this because another company whom I hired subcontracted them.  They added their own cost afterwards that I didn't feel responsible for cleaning.  They had to pick more than 500 feet from the entrance.  I had pictures, documents and a lot of damage.  I argued with the people on the phone.  They just didn't listen.  I didn't feel like going through this terrific experience of having to deal with this.  The price was a lot more than I anticipated.  I was moving around the Christmas time and they didn't get here on time.  I live in a condo and the building has rules.  They would not allow them to unload at the time I actually got here and I had told them beforehand that they had to be here early, so they didn't come for 2-3 days and they charged me for the delay.  I would definitely not recommend them to anybody else.

They were unbelievably horrible. I understand that there are a lot of complaints about moving companies, but they were just awful. They caused a lot of damage and they charged for in-transit storage even though it wasn?t my fault. I?m sure I?ll have difficulties getting refunds from this company. Their price was lousy and they needed to improve on everything.
