oil tank took 232.6 gal but still charged for 250 gal.
I had to call when I noticed that I did not receive a credit for the difference. they did
credit my account but I wonder how many other people notice. Teresa said
it is their standard practice.
Smooth Transaction.
Called number and ordered 150 gallons of fuel oil. I'm not looking for a service contract or automatic delivery - something many of the other fuel delivery companies try to twist your arm for. The person who answered the phone was pleasant and the fuel was delivered as requested the following morning. They were unabile to give a delivery time window... which most will do. Overall satisfied with the transaction. Just remember - your only ordering oil/nothing else. I had originally called griffith but the person who answered the phone had and quot;attitudeand quot; in her voice when i asked how much the oil was. Seems like they would post their prices if they don't want people to call.
