He was on time, professional and well prepared. Dheeraj performed updates, file transfers and data syncs without any glitches. He was very courteous and highly knowledgeable and did not waste any time getting the job done. His Apple Certifications and training were evident here. Everything works as planned. I would definitely use again.
Description of Work: Setup four Macintosh computers (2 mini mac's, iMac & Mac Book Pro) to seamlessly integrate iTunes and Tivo sharing among all four computers. Consolidated all network settings and password's for file & print sharing, including a master iTunes library shared on the network. Synchronized my address book and contacts with my Blackberry and transisioned over my Windows PC files and Email accounts. All this in only three hours!!
