About us
I test for lead based paint. I am employed by landlords, property managers, and homeowners. I make sure that the properties I inspect are in compliance with the current lead paint laws. Prices: 1 whole house inspection - $85.00 (inspection) , plus $ 14.00 for each dust sample ( 1 dust sample per room is required ) 1 Unit or 1 Level Apt inspection - $ 65.00 (inspection), plus $14.00 for each dust sample ( 1 dust sample per room is required )

Services we offer
I offer Full Risk Reduction Inspections. I do a visual inspection of the property, both inside and outside, in which I look for defective paint. Followed by taking a dust sample in each room of the house/ rental unit. The certificate that I issue is good for the current tenant, so each time you have a new tenant a new inspection and certificate must be issued.
