Company did an amazing job. Extremely professional from the estimate, to the office staff, to the actual movers. They actually helped us pack boxes, since we weren't completely ready to go.

Move was excellent. Nothing damaged. The estimator was excellent. She explained everything at the time estimate was given. They were less expensive than anyone else. Move cost less than we thought it would be. Movers were excellent. Since I walk with cane, they even helped unload our cars. Highly recommend them. I told them if we move again, they will be the only ones we call. They were worth every penny.

The work was excellent, they came in with the best estimate, they didn't charge me extra for the two days of storage. They were on time, everything was inventoried, there was nothing missing and nothing broken, it was very impressive.

I have moved four times in my adult life and I have used Advance Relocation Systems for every move. The crews are fantastic and management always follows up after the move to make sure things went smoothly. This move involved a large box truck full of furniture and other very large items from my parent's house. They had moved two weeks earlier to a retirement community, and also used Advance Relocation Systems. Everything went great and actually took much less time than estimated. This move also required a last minute rescheduling at my request due to a snowstorm. The company was very accommodating and manged to do the move one week later.

I had contacted four moving companies to receive estimates for my move from Bethesda MD to Milford CT. I had to call two companies to request the estimate, and one was completely inflexible.
Beginning with the initial conversation with Sandy at Advance, including her in-depth visit to establish an estimate, to the pickup and destination delivery, including follow-up chats with Linda and Melanie, and Terri's helpful and patient, directing calls or answering a quick question, this was clearly the best move I've ever experienced -- and I've moved 20 times! (I actually counted and was amazed at the number.)
Tom and his crew, Chris and Tony, who provided both pick-up and delivery, were clearly the best moving team with whom I've ever worked. They were professional, cheerful, and extremely willing and able to do anything to make the move quick and easy. Tom stayed in touch with me between pickup and delivery to keep me posted on the expected delivery date, which was three days following pickup.
I was quite impressed with how fast they loaded and delivered everything, especially considering the distance from the apartment to the freight elevator in Bethesda, as well as the stairs in CT! I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to use ARS again and highly recommend them without a single reservation.

They came a month ago. My wife arranged everything. They fixed a bed that was broken. The took our sofa apart to take it downstairs. They gave extra service than they needed to. It was a good deal and it was good value.

If I ever have to move again I will most definitely give this company a call. Price was very reasonable and the guys who moved my items were extremely nice and professional. I also had the company give my parents an estimate as they were moving out of MD to DE and my parents were so impressed they too used this company.

Very careful and thorough.
Driver and crew worked with us during the move to make sure things were done properly. We had some furniture that was not moving and they kept it separate except for one piece. As with any mover, you need to be there while they are packing.
No major damage. Just a few minor things such as some glassware. We were satisfied overall.

Rocky was great. The price was fair. The movers handled my possessions with great care. The only negative was the window of delivery. It took 10 days for my furnishings to travel 600 miles. Maybe I wasn't listening close enough when I got the estimate. Had I known that it possibly would take that long I would have postponed the move until a later date. As it was I had to find places to stay for a week while my furniture wound its way circuitous route to Alpharetta, GA. There was nothing in the contract or estimate documentation that stated it could take 10 days. Just be sure to get a firm window for delivery for a long distance move.

Atlas and our company do this so we can fill up our vans and avoid dead head miles that waste fuel. Your shipment in the order for service you signed out lined this delivery spread 4000lbs as 2 to 14 days. You were on a truck that had several shipments on and the dates are also based on safety drivers can only pack, load and drive 10 hours a day .For safety reasons drivers must take a few days to load other shipments and drive to your new home. The estimator, Sandy Lee, was on time, knowledgeable and answered all of my numerous questions. After much research with other companies, I selected this company. The movers on my end and on my daughter's were on time, extremely efficient, and neat, extremely caring. All that meant so much to both of us, as we both loved my mother's favorite things.
