We were thrilled with our experience with this company. Some may think this is a lot to pay for an alarm installation/system. We did a lot of online research and decided that we didn't want to go with ADT or other alarm company that would do a cheap install and then lock us into an expensive monthly contract for years to come. (Do your homework! Some of these companies lock you into a 3 year contract at up to $45 a month = $1620 + $300 - $500 for installation. They also have very high cancellation fees). Our alarm system (GE Networx) belongs to us and didn't have to be monitored. We chose to have it monitored by the company at a rate of $26 monthly. The sales person, Chris Wysocki was knowledgeable and gave us a lot of tips on overall home safety. There were no high pressure sales tactics. He has a good product, offers a good service and lets you make the decision. The system installers were great. Our house was easy to wire so it went fairly quickly, around 4 hours. They left the areas they worked in cleaner than they found them! They made sure we were very familiar with the system.

We have used Action Alarm/Action Integrated over the last 25 years to install, service and monitor alarm systems in 2 houses. Their work and professionalism has been outstanding. They have provided protection against burgulary, fire and smoke and their monitoring service has been very responsive and efficient. The systems they have installed have been easy to understand and use and we have had no problems in all those years.
