 + -1 moreTechnician arrived two days after my call, as scheduled. He confirmed that the power supply was the problem (it had been cracked in shipment from Asia 4 years earlier) and replaced it two days later, when the part arrived.
Description of Work: TV would not turn on. Suspected the power supply.

 + -1 moreThey were polite and helpful. I took the 26'' TV in; they carried it to and from the car. Repaired it within a couple of days, as promised.
Description of Work: Diagnosed problem for $30 fee; which then went towards total cost of repair. They replaced a part that caused the TV to go on and off by itself. I've had no problem with it since.
