TV Repair
Technician arrived two days after my call, as scheduled. He confirmed that the power supply was the problem (it had been cracked in shipment from Asia 4 years earlier) and replaced it two days later, when the part arrived.

They were polite and helpful. I took the 26'' TV in; they carried it to and from the car. Repaired it within a couple of days, as promised.
