"The member did not appreciate in that all of the materials used were uprgraded beyond the contract agreement to the amount of over $ 1000. additional cost. There was additional work performed beyond the contract agreement at no cost to the member, in excess of $ 800. However, when the member wanted even more additional work beyond this we had to draw the line and price out the added work requested. All work was permitted and inspected by City Building Inspector, have pictures of the original porch and the finished porch, which shows the quality of work performed. The member expressed thanks and paid in full. The only complaint is that we cut off the "free" work when it began to get out of hand. The member did not allow the workers to use the bathroom, have a drink of water, or any other considerate amount of decency you would normally give to someone; he did nothing but harass and aggravate the workers until he was asked to let them do there job without continuously being obnoxious to the workers. The member is one of those customers you wish you would have known about beforehand."
