I was very pleased with him. His name is Nick Rinaldi. He is self-employed and he was referred by a friend. The new water heater is working well. We do not have any issues. He was very prompt and courteous. I think he was fairly priced and he cleaned up after himself. We were happy with him.

First of all, this company said they could get to us within 24 hours, it took more than three days! Our kitchen sink was clogged, and the plumber said we would need to replace the mainline in our basement, and dig through the cement floor. He proceeded to give us an estimate for more than $2,000 to do this! When I got a second opinion, it was obvious that this plumber was simply trying to talk me into something I didn't need.

NEEDED TO GET REPAIR DONE QUICKLY. PLUMBER WAS EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. JOB WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND COST SEEMED TO BE REASONABLE. WOULD USE AGAIN.
