AAA express Locksmith

I called this morning and the dispatcher was very responsive. He said he would have someone out at 7:30 this evening and the service charge would be $34. The locksmith showed up at 8:15. He worked for about 45 minutes and ended up charging us $34 plus $98 in labor (which seems a bit excessive, but I don't honestly know). After completing the work, he told us that the company doesn't take checks, only cash or credit cards. We tried to pay with a credit card, but he said that his hand-held device could not get a signal. My husband (an IT professional) looked at the hand-held machine and it appeared to be turned off. My husband suggested that he turn it on. The guy just argued that he had no signal. I suggested that he call his office and have the credit card processed that way. He refused. And he continued to refuse to take a check or call his office for assistance. We didn't have $132 in cash on hand, so the guy told us that we had to go to an ATM to get the cash. Our bank is not nearby so my husband had to use another bank's ATM (and incur $5.00 in fees) in order to pay the invoice.

Was a great experience, the technician came on time, listen to my request, he work fast and was very friendly. They respected the quote they gave me over the phone, and they told me i have 12 months warranty on my locks. I definetly will use them again!
