I have several issues with the installation. 1) The awning is sloped from left to right. 2) There is a screw installed at an angle into the wall that appears to be coming out and I worry water is getting behind and into house wall. 3) The aluminum is bent. Over the past couple months, I have called dozens of times using both of their numbers (A-1 Awning Discounters and Sparkee Awnings) and sent dozens of e-mails with pictures and they won't answer the phone or my e-mails. I have given them ample warnings by e-mail and voicemail that I would report them online and on BBB and they still won't return my call or e-mail. I just want them to fix or discuss the installation and provide guidance. There is no communication at all.
