Mr. Rem Kima was our saver! He came the day our sump pump decided to stop working. Before he came, we had to monitor the sump pump constantly. In addition we had to vacuum the water so it would not damage the newly installed tile basement floor. My husband has a heart condition and I feared for his health. He would not let me do the vacuuming. Mr.Rem’s secretary kept close contact with us and provided us with peace of mind to know that help was coming. In addition, it was the Sunday before Christmas! He also was very patient on the phone with my Choice Warranty Co.,(who had me find my own plumber.) They had to authorize his work in order for me to be reimbursed. Thank God for Mr Rem and his secretary. Mary and Hary Baykowski
