I hired this company to perform mold remediation services (they were using a subcontractor). Rich came up with a contract and I asked him a few questions about the contract and was looking for clarification. Rich ssent me an e-mail letting me know he would not move forward with the job because of my requests to look over the contract and try to have a few things clarified or amended. Rich also put in the e-mail "Good luck with your home and please do not contact my company". I had simply asked for one clause which Rich would not agree to. The work was supposed to start tomorrow.

They did what they said they were going to do, their price was reasonable, and the staff was great. He bent over backwards for anything you asked him to do. He’s still very good about following up on previous projects. If they couldn't do the job they found someone who could.
