The job went very very well. Workmen showed up on time and went about their business in a very professional manner. The owner (Pat) is always available by phone and is proud of his work and his company. He has every reason to! Installation was a little more difficult than he imagined, yet he kept the price per his estimate. Exceptional service throughout!

Overall, I can't speak highly enough of this company. There isn't a issue that he can't resolve. (I must say, he is very intelligent and shows a love for what he does). As mentioned earlier, he has put an alarm system in 2 houses for me, including a sound system, without a glitch. He cleans up after each project, and is able to keep one informed as to what he is doing and why. That has always been important for me, as I don't understand these things, coming from and entirely different era! (smile). Having my own business, customer service and competence is of the utmost importance to me. I do not write in to Angie's list unless someone is A+ or above. There isn't a category for A+ with Angie's list. I give him an A+ re: customer service, and competence, and trustworthiness. Additionally, my alarm system is hooked in to their main system and they alert the police. Calls are prompt, and one can tell that they are experienced in determining "Crook" versus homeowner.

RELIABLE, ACCESSIBLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FLEXIBLE. PAT, THE OWNER, HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS MANY YEARS AND IS EASY TO TALK TO WITH ANY SERVICE PROBLEMS OR QUESTIONS.
