Decided to  use Blake after interviewing at least 12 contractors. Luke was extremely helpful  as we decided on what cabinetry granite and flooring to use. His price was extremely reasonable as the price he quoted us for the whole job was lower than we received from other contractors to do just the kitchen.



The job began in July and ran 6 weeks. We had one foreman and a crew that did the demolition and the renovations. I had some concerns during installation  as the work was being done and Luke would always take care of any issues that arose.



We felt so comfortable with the crew that we gave them access to the house and they would let themselves in and lock up when they were finished. Every day they would clean up and make sure the place was clean prior to leaving.



I have had many contractors do work on my house, but I have to say that Luke and the crew took pride in their work and always had helpful hints on what they thought would look better or do something different to get that great look. We had someone else complete the painting, but Luke's crew suggested a great color to complement the new kitchen .



During the construction as the original work was being  completed, we would add items to be done that we didn't immediately think about doing originally. I would suggest that you figure out what you want prior to the beginning of construction as additions to the contract can be expensive.



Overall, we were please with the work and the new kitchen looks great.
