The kitchen design department of this store is so bad. They set an appointment for us to meet with a kitchen designer, we showed up, and the designer went home already. Really? Yes, just left hours early.
We had to go back and forth to this store several times to finally meet with an overworked designer. They keep getting interrupted and answering calls during appointments.
The managers of the store seem good, but it is sad that you need to escalate issues up to the manager in order to get anything done. We told the manager on duty how horrible the process was when we were about to walk out of the store and go to Lowes. The manager was on his game and gave us a discount to keep our business. When we return to the store and need help, we try to bypass the regular staff and find a manager, saves lots of time and aggravation. [What a pain in the rear. Most of the floor staff know very little about their store or use of materials in it.]
I would go back to a different Home Depot location for future kitchen cabinets, we like the product and a good price.

This took place over a period of three months: When we made the purchase we were assured that it'd be handled quickly and professionally.  THe first thing we were promised was that the installers would contact us within a "day or two".  They didn't.  After a week, I called THEM, and they told me they did not install bathroom vanities.  After some confusion, I was able to get Home Depot to schedule a different installer.  The cabinet was finally delivered (it was "lost" for a while), and the installer showed up.  He said "didn't Home Depot do a measurement for this"?  Answer...No.  He said "it doesn't fit".  I called Home Depot and told them to come get the vanity...they did.   I contacted Customer Service in Atlanta and they wanted to "try again".  I spoke with an expediter at the store and the bath specialist...a "special order" vanity was sold to me...again, I awaited the installer.   The installer came and tore out my old vanity, the new vanity showed up damaged and despite the measurement that had been taken, it didn't fit.  I sent it all back, my vanity is torn up...so....I am actually in worse shape in terms of my bathroom than when I started this whole process.

I will never, never use Home Depot again. I ordered, in the store, a bathroom vanity and top on July 30, I was told it would be in August 16th. On August 17th I got a message on my voice mail that the vanity had to be ordered online. No follow up call, so I ordered it online.I called the store to see if the vanity top had been delivered, I was told it was. Before the installer went to pick up the vanity I called again, and again I was told the top of the vanity was in the store. When the installer,  got to the store there was no vanity top.  I was told that because I ordered the base online I had to order the top online????????? Why wasn't I told that when I was told to order the base online. Makes no sense, but I ordered the top, again.
It is now October first and I have no vanity.  When the installer came,again, he checked the top and it was in pieces. Why didn't Home Depot check the merchandise? It was there for at least a week.
I have never experienced such ineptitude, how could so many mistakes been made on one order? 
When I called the store the manager knew nothing about the broken vanity top and said he would call me in 10-15 minutes. Never heard from him. So I called him again to cancel the order, he told me that someone would contact me shortly about my refund. Once again, no call. I am now working with corporate headquarters to get me money back.
