"Unfortunately, what the homeowner wrote on his review is not true. He requested we remove the Virginia Creeper, and we came back in and removed it per his request before he wrote his review on 5-7-23. We cleaned all his existing beds from leaves, sticks and hand weeded and performed crisp clean 3-inch hand edging then applied mulch to the existing cleaned beds and hauled resulting landscaping debris from the job. We never heard anything about any water entering his house. He was billed according to his signed contract."

"What the customer failed to state is: she sent an e-mail to us saying she would not pay for services even after the crew was sent out to mow the back yard a second time and bagged the grass that was a foot long. Lapinski’s Landscaping, Inc. cancelled the contract because when a customer tells you they will not pay you then it is time to cut your losses and terminate the contract. We never like to lose a potential long term customer but sometimes a business needs to make a hard decision."

ALL OUR LEAD CREW DRIVERS HAVE A CELL PHONE WHERE THEY CAN CALL FROM THE JOB SITE IF THERE IS A QUESTION FROM THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER DID NOT LET OWNER KNOW OF ISSUE SO WE COULD NOT RESPOND.
