He brought the appropriate carpet samples to my home and we discussed all aspects of the type of padding and carpeting that would best meet my needs.
All the carpet was installed in one day. I have not needed to call Dunhill Carpet for any follow-up. I have not experienced any rippling or uplifting of the carpet.
It was installed labor-free as a courtesy to me. Since we have been using him for many years he did it as a courtesy to me as my husband had passed away. The flooring was done by a separate group, and it looks beautiful. He works out of his home and does not have a stone building. He is extremely knowledgeable and wonderful in assisting us with selection. I turn to him a lot because he does work for so many homes throughout the area, and he knows a lot. He is very prompt and very professional. He does the job when he says he would. He is also excellent in communication. His workers did the entire house in one day. He comes back and does himself any of the carpentry that may need to be done such as some molding that needs to be fixed and so forth after the carpets have been installed. He treats all his clients very well. It's an excellent company. His wife runs a cherry festival in Washington DC, and they are well known. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
