Called Verizon to look for ways to cut my bill, otherwise was going to switch. After a lot of bumbling, they finally agreed to give me a twenty dollar credit a month for a year (i am not under contract constraints anymore). They sent me an email confirming such. Every billing cycle since has not included the credit. I have to call again and and quot;remindand quot; them, even though it's in their records. Last time I called the rep assured me it would post every month, but is still missing. I guess they expect me to call and remind them every month for a year, wading through their horrible voice system

Upgrade was customer self install. Verizon sent out the new hardware. I followed instructions to install and returned the old hardware. Everything went smoothly.

Lost internet and cable service. Tech discovered someone else making repairs to main box outside, disconnected a line. Problem solved less than 15 minutes.:)
