Generally ok, but installation of the washer dryer was done incorrectly. When asked they assured us they were fully familiar with the kind of washer we were using and "stood by" their installation. We spent approximately $1,000 ($250 of which went to them) to attempt to fix a vibration problem by installing new flooring. Finally we found out that they had failed to follow the installation instructions provided and did not use four bolts provided by the manufacturer. When we told them -- no apology, no rebates no nothing -- just "Really?"

REPLACED WATER PUMP. PUT IN NEW LINES, REPAIRED FAUCET IN MY KITCHEN BUT THE REPLACEMENT OF THE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM SERVICES WAS A LITTLE HIGH. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
