+ 6 moreUnbelievable great. The jobs both came in on budget and the quality is terrific. Johns attention to detail and his creativity are incredible. He once told me "he wasn't a very good salesman but was darn good at his job, and I would be completely satisfied at the end of the job." He was right. John takes great pride in his work and it shows.
Description of Work: When we purchased our 40+ year old house, we knew it needed some major updating and renovations. After seeing my very good friends NEW custom 4800SF home built by Mr. Feick, we inquired about the builder. Our friends couldn't say enough about JF Enterprises (John) and the finished product spoke for itself. We hired John to perform the major remodel which included a new gourmet kitchen, laundry room, powder room, master bathroom, guest bathroom, finished basement, and family room. Our goal was to double the size of the kitchen and open the walls to increase the flow. All three bathrooms were in need of major repair as well as updating, and we wanted a laundry room on the first floor. We were very concerned with the structural aspects to the job because a 20' bearing wall was removed and a new structural steel beam was installed. This was no easy task, but the renovation went extremely well. Products installed include: Showplace cabinets with antique glazing, granite counters, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, tumbled stone custom tile backsplash, SS appliances, custom range-vent "chimney", Anderson 4 panel french sliders, thermatrue mahogany front door, numerous new recessed lights, new wall sconces, new tubs/plumbing fixtures, refinishing 800sf of existing hardwood floors, high end trim and repainting of the entire house. Our new kitchen is everything we wanted and more! It is the centerpiece and focal point for our home. "Wow" says it all. Our master bathroom with its frameless glass and custom tile are beautiful. About a year after the major renovation was completed, we decided our exterior rear porch needed major updating because it was falling apart. We again retained the services of Mr. Feick who did a masterful job. The porch project included: demolishing the old 10'x12' deck, building a new 22'x14' treated deck with stairs to grade, supplying/installing Azek 5/4x6 composite decking with hidden hangers, Azek (white) trim on the substructure and stairs, Trex composite railings with black aluminum balusters and matching top rail to the decking. Again the project turned out better than we expected.
