Before Chad even started on the project list, we noticed a water stain in the living room ceiling under our master bath. It was the day before Thanksgiving. Chad had Lenny come over, and after some exploration Lenny showed us the culprit: a trim nail had pierced the water line upstairs, and over the years finally rusted enough to allow water to begin seeping out of the hole. Lenny stayed late, fixing everything and displaying a cheerfulness, professionalism, and commitment to quality that would come to mark all of Chad's work. Lenny was back again a few weeks later to replace the commode flange after I broke it reseating the commode.
Chad and his entire crew were great. Chad and Lenny deserve special note for their willingness to help us out on short notice during the holidays. Jim did a great job drywalling, prepping and painting, and Justin worked tirelessly in bad weather to finish the pressure washing. He even moved a stack of pavers for us.
All in all a fantastic experience. If we need anything else done, we will call Chad.
