If you plan on buying a short sale, do not use this company. I put a contract on a short sale Dec. 17, 2011 and did not close until November 26, 2012. Why? In September I got so frustrated I emailed the principle. The broker said they were having trouble getting the paperwork from the seller who was out of town--the seller who is the SISTER of the listing agent, Lisa. When they finally agreed to turn the paperwork over to my agent, we closed the deal in weeks.
