It has been going very well. We have been very satisfied with all of the fitness services available, as well as child care.

It's a comfortable atmosphere, they got good classes, convenient schedule and plenty of gym equipment. There's nothing I disliked about the place, I had no issues.

My husband and I decided to go in and inquire about their membership plan because we were interested in their racquet ball facility. We got the standard high energy sales pitch along with all the empty promises and lies. The sales person guaranteed us that the two courts were hardly ever used and that we would have no problem finding them available whenever we wanted. Lie #1 - We were not able to play at 6:00 AM on weekdays and found it equally as challenging on weekends at various times during the day. Lie #2 - We decided to cancel since we were not interested in their other offerings. When we called to cancel we were very rudely told that we had a two year commitment. The only way out of the commitment was if we each brought in a medical note stating that we could not exercise. The facility is very large and offers a diverse selection of exercise machines as well as pools, tennis courts and more. However, it is old and unkept. The carpet is very dirty and musty. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. If you are considering it, DO NOT sign the contract until your attorney reviews it first!

They have a lot of programs and good equipment.

The place is good. Their price is very subjective and if you request them then they will try to make a deal with you. Their price is different for everybody but the price that I pay is reasonable. I have a two year membership with them.

We love Big Vanilla. They have a variety of equipment, tons of classes, two swimming pools and a rock climbing wall. They have lots of great programs, including a 90 day challenge where you are paired into teams and work together and individually to meet self-established goals. What I like best about this gym is that the gym caters to lots of different client le, not just fitness fanatics (although you'll find a lot there), but also those who may be lacking in the fitness department. Everyone can feel comfortable there. They also have some great personal trainers if you choose to go that route. The price is better than what I found at other gyms with significantly less to offer. That said, I joined before the pools were installed and the price went up.
