This is a husband and wife start-up company. The husband, Brian, does the work and his wife handles the office duties. At the time, the wife was new to the work and Brian had to handle just about everything from ordering supplies, dealing with the material suppliers etc. As a result, he was constantly on the telephone, getting calls etc. This prevented him from getting the work done on a timely basis. While he was doing the work on my bathroom, he told me that they had hired a company to help organize the office. Thus, the problem that I had with his company has probably been resolved. Brian is very helpful, honest, polite and he quotes good prices and stays with his quotes. He also does very good work. I am happy with the results and I would use him again for any general construction work or for kitchen and remodeling work. The only reason I didn't give an overall A rating was because of the problems with the time it took to schedule and do the work. I imagine that these problems have been taken care of. I recommend the company to anyone wishing to do remodeling or general construction work. Incidentally, a friend of mine was having trouble with their HVAC system and was unable to pay full price for a contractor to come out to their house and do the work. Brian took it upon himself to contact a friend of his in the HVAC trade to come out and get the central air conditioner working again at a very discounted price. Like I said, he is very helpful.
