Quality of service was horrible and beware as the owner changes rates and adds fees without any notice. After a mowing, my yard still looked like it needed to be mowed. And weeding was never well done and my patio furniture was often left haphazard in my yard by the crew (despite raising this problem with the owner). On top of that, when I hired All Weather, I was told that there was a set price for mowing and set per hour charge for additional services. Meanwhile, from the start (and my fault for not paying better attention to my earlier invoices), I was charged varying rates and, after a period of time, suddenly had a new fuel expense fee added to my bill. When I raised my concern with the owner about charging different rates/fees than advertised, she responded that it "was obvious to me that you did not, in fact, appreciate that we are a very small business trying to keep up with the rising cost of living. " She said that I was the only one of her new customers to "balk" about a new fee being added without any advance notice. I understand that rates and new fees may change over time, but such changes need to advertised to clients before sticking them with the bill post-service without a word (something that the owner of this company obviously does not appreciate). Beware of this company unless you are looking for poor quality lawn service, being charged rates/fee that are more than was ever advertised to you, and a lack of quality customer service.
