She has a list of trusted contractors that she uses and the few that I have used have been very reasonably priced and gotten the job done correctly and quickly. She is a wealth of knowledge and feel comfortable calling her whenever I have questions. I trust her professional opinion. I wish everyone was as easy to work with as her. She did a great job on my walk thru. She documented everything correctly and took plenty of pictures and videos which saved me from having to have a dispute with my tenant over any issues that I had. I highly recommend White House Properties and will use her again in the future.
Description of Work: Lisa has helped me out multiple times as an Ad Hoc property manager. I currently live out of town so she has done my Walk Thru inspection with my client, organized and arranged contractor to perform maintenance and repair work on my rental property. The price above was for two hours worth of work.
