I paid them for a few months and didn't see any improvement and told them I wasn't paying the last payment because I wasn't seeing any results. I see more results from one application of store bought spray then I did the months I paid them.

"As always, we are sorry to hear anytime a customer is unsatisfied. However, in this instance, we treated the yard three times in the spring and were never notified that the customer was unhappy with the results. The first time we were told that the customer was not happy was months later, when the account was severely past due. We are committed to working with our customers to assure their expectations are met, but after performing three treatments in good faith, and with no indication of any unhappiness, we believe that we are correct in maintaining that payment is due."

We have seen a marked improvement in the growth of our grass. They are very responsive to any questions we have over the phone and will come out and inspect the lawn when needed. They are very knowledgeable and do an annual scheduled service treatment for us. They offer priced options and are just a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend them as well.

We started with them a little late in the season. They have caught up and kept everything great. The turn around in our yard is remarkable. They have adjusted schedules to meet our needs
