OMG, Bill was awesome. I called and he was there within the hour. He reviewed what I wanted and offered some suggestions. He said he doesn't know who put this original stuff in but this was a shotty job. I was so impressed with his work ethic, how well the job was done and the overall process. I really liked him because he didn't want to what I call, put a bandage on a pig. I will definitely be hiring him for my future plumbing needs.

He was installing the tile, the tile raised too high. He actually had to do some major work that took a high degree of skill. He cut into the pipe and it was very risky. He did that and with no problem because when you crack that pipe, you basically have to dig out the entire pipe which would have been a bad bad situation. He actually did it twice. He did it in December and August of last year.

I liked the installer and he did a very good job in a reasonable amount of time. I checked around and his charges to install a new heater and completely remove the old one seemed very fair.

 We found out the hard way that our sewage pump had gone out when we found we couldn't flush the toilet in the downstairs basement. We also created a pool of water when we ran the shower. I called Bill at 7:45 am and he diagnosed the problem over the phone and said he could come over and look at it. He came by at 10:00 am, verified that the pump needed to be replaced. He completed all required work by 1:00 pm.

Very pleased with his work, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber.
