They've got Comcast speed but then again, who doesn't? It's not a very high bar to clear. We don't really interact with their customer service very much. It works most of the time. When it doesn't I power cycle the router and it usually starts working again.

I don't think there's anything good or bad. It costs a little bit but service is available.

They are not upfront with all the costs and fees. Another issue is that you have 800 channels when you only watch like 30. I wish there was a system in place where you would select the channels you want and pay for them. We have a lower package for the TV. Once in a while the cable goes out and you need a backup battery which you have to pay for. There is so any ways that they try to trick you and take your money.
