Not satisfied. They did not fix the job that they said they had fixed. they charged a lot of money and then wanted to double charge. They were rude and aggressive with my wife. They seem to be bullies and scammers and not competent as plumbers. We feel like we got ripped off.

We called them on a Saturday and they answered immediately, saying they could be out first thing Monday (this was after we were stood up by another plumber who never came or called, then two days later gave an excuse about being ill, but never responded when we asked to reschedule - who will get a negative review). Two techs arrived early Monday morning - they very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem once they snaked the toilet (FYI do NOT use those hanging toilet bowl cleaner/deodorizers - one got stuck in the toilet). Since the house is 36 years old, we also had them check all the toilets and plumbing components in the house. They offered some great advice maintenance tips for the plumbing in the house. For all the work done, they charged a modest $350.00!! I highly recommend USA Plumbing!

It went very well. He was on time and had everything done in a few hours. Very nice company/people to do business with.

I purchased a faucet but needed to hire a plumber to remove the old one and install the new one. When I put in the request on Angie’s list, I got a call from this company right away. Unlike some companies the person who called me was able to give me an estimate without sending someone out. I was especially happy that a plumber was able to do the work the next day. He did a great job and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Joe, the owner, arrived right on time, assessed the problem, informed me that the leaky kitchen-sink  drain had been "repaired" incorrectly by another plumber, and set to work. The connection of the pvc pipe to the 60-year-oldcast-iron pipe was previously done so poorly that it took him a while to take things apart. When that was done, fixing the connection properly was all "downhill," as he said. Not only was this done correctly (no leaks today), but it was less than half of what the other plumber wanted to repair the situation he had created. We had been heard talk of possibly having to bust up concrete to get at the problem, etc. None of that from Joe.
We are very happy with his work, and we are very glad to be able to use the kitchen sink again after more than a week without it.

Basement water was not draining and toilets not flushing, though the rest of the house was fine. The technician discovered that our ejector pump had died. He kept emphasizing that we can't flush wet wipes, which we knew. There were no wet wipes (obviously, since we know that we can't flush them), but a bad check valve had caused the pump to overwork -- Fluid kept coming back down after it was pumped up. I asked him how we can be alerted to this in the future, and he said to listen for the water cutting on and off when no one was using water. None of us remembers hearing anything like that, but it helps to know. Of course, it should be years from now, but if we are aware, it's less expensive to replace just the check valve than the valve plus the pump.
Before agreeing to have the work done, we checked online to find out what others pay for this job, and it was consistent. A friend who works in construction (not a plumber but who is knowledgeable about parts and labor costs) also confirmed that it was a good price. The amount listed above was the total for the diagnosis, pump replacement and check valve replacement.

They have been excellent and very accommodating. They are prompt and clean. They even brought their own tarp to law down, took off their shoes brought their own towels to clean up. They left the area cleaner then they found it.

I found Joe's ad in the Yellow Pages directory. Joe performed the work the same day I called and didn't charge an extra fee for same-day service. He ran a little over due to an earlier job that took longer. Being customer-focused, Joe called with a schedule update and arrived shortly thereafter. The work was successfully completed in about an hour. Joe's workmanship, communication about was he was doing and clean up was outstanding.
