They are very professional , on time and he communicates when he is arriving. They are very efficient, walk me through the process so that is why we call them when we needed help and we definitely recommended them. I have worked with them twice.

He charged $189 for an estimate and then said the service would be approximately $700 or more total depending upon what he found. He originally said the squirrels would be humanely removed; but later he said that he's required by law to euthanize the animals. But he told my tenant that he releases the animals in his backyard. I do not trust this provider.

We had used Trutech at our previous house in VA so were delighted that we could transfer the contract to our new house in Baltimore.  The Annapolis office only opened a few months ago but the tech was just as knowledgeable and professional as the gentlemen we had take care of our mouse problem in VA.

We didn't think we had mice until we found a large nest in the yard.  Ray McClain from the Annapolis office came the next business day.  He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of the outside area and the inside of the house.  There were no signs of mice in the house but we aren't sure where the mice re-located when we disturbed the nest. 

Ray was wonderful -- he explained what to look for and pointed out  the ant population.  We had just had it sprayed by another company but will switch to Trutech for the next  treatment.  He installed three bait traps around the house so hopefully we will not see any more mice!
