Tim Sutherland's team was great! Very responsive and always got an answer in less than 24 hours. Even though Tim and his team are located in Maryland and we are located in Florida, we were able to process the whole transaction and communicate electronically via fax, phone and email and close in very short time. I would have no problem in recommending Tim and his team to anyone. Fanstastic service from a fantastic team!
