It went great. I walked in and met Richard Keller who guided me through the process and helped me select the items I needed including shower rail, grab bars, all sink/shower fixtures, and valve for the shower. He was patient and understood that while I didn't need "top of the line" fixtures (bathroom redo was on a budget), I wanted something nice. I was able to take home some of the equipment the same day I purchased; other pieces had to be ordered - but the wait was only a few weeks. The advice he gave me was invaluable. Worth every penny to shop at Somerville - great customer service. I will always purchase plumbing supplies from them versus the web or big box stores. Thank you Richard!

THE SHOWROOM PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. THEY PROVIDED US WITH LITERATURE ON THE PRODUCTS THAT WE WERE INTERESTED IN. IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE
