 + -1 moreWendy and her assistant Doug, arrived at my home for the scheduled appointment on time and prepared to do the necessary work. Both were very professional and made sure to explain the problems and subsquent fixes in layman's terms. They were very upfront about what was needed and not needed. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. I would definitely use her services again.
Description of Work: Home computer was cleared of virus/malware problems. Replaced hard drive in one computer, increased memory, installed cleaner and antivirus software, merged partitions for better use of hard drive.

 + -1 moreWendy was courteous, and delivered, in my humble opinion, great work at a very reasonable price. She even called back in the evening to remind me to reboot the computer which I had forgotten to do until that point. Highly recommended!
Description of Work: Wendy arrived on time, assessed our needs for two long neglected home computers, and set to work installing reliable (free!) spyware and anti-virus protection on both computers, cleaning out temp files from various locations our both our computers, reinstalling various software programs which I was unable to do, etc.
