Wendy and her assistant Doug, arrived at my home for the scheduled appointment on time and prepared to do the necessary work. Both were very professional and made sure to explain the problems and subsquent fixes in layman's terms. They were very upfront about what was needed and not needed. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. I would definitely use her services again.
