Scott was prompt to return call and set up appointment and arrived right on schedule. He provided good insight about maintenance watch items like cracked/gapped mortar in the hearth area, etc. but wasn't aggressively trying to upsell either. Will definitely call them for future needs.

Responsive to calls and very quick to schedule an appointment. Quoted a fair price and that’s what we paid. Prompt, courteous and left the place spotless. Also did a fire safety inspection throughout the house — he is/was a firefighter. Will use his services annually. Glad to have a great local option for this kind of service.

He was just amazing. The people who were in the house before we bought it did not bother to clean the chimneys. There was about an inch to inch and a half grease and the campfire was really strong in the house when we first took possession. He was just amazing every step of the way.
