Ken and his staff were professional, knowledgeable, and provided me with outstanding customer service. The price for a complete replacement of my windshield (with zero help from my insurance company) was fair and competitive. They were able to get me in within 24 hours after my call, and the work was complete in less than an hour, and my window looks great, just like it did from the factory. So I glad I called Superior Windshield Repair!

They did a great job. It was the best quote that I got. It has held up great so far. I looks like they did a real, solid, job. I called the guy, and he called me back. We did exchange some phone messages at one point. It was fine. They were punctual. I would definitely use them again. It was easy to schedule. He did excellent work for a price that I thought was more than fair. The only thing that was negative at all was getting to their facility, which was a congested industrial park, but it wasn't that big of a deal. I was not concerned about how long it would take. I was happy to take as long as it could take for a good job. It took about 90 minutes, but I thought it would be faster.

Quick, professional, honest. Good job and personable, and referred me to the mechanic I needed as well.

I arrived at the scheduled time. They immediately brought the car inside and said it would take about an hour. I waited in the office and spoke with the owner, Ken. He's a longtime local and really seemed to care about their quality and reputation. Pricing was more than fair. Car was done in just under an hour. Looked great and a clean job. Hope I don't get any more damaged windshields but if I do I will definitely return to Superior.

In November 2015 we had water leaking into our car and needed to find out if it was coming from the windshield. Superior Windshield Repair tested and confirmed that the windshield molding was the problem. We talked with the owner Ken about replacing it and although he cautioned us that there was a chance that the windshield might break when removed, he would do what he could to try to save it. Thankfully he was able to remove the windshield without breaking it, install correct OEM molding, and re-install the windshield, which saved us lots of money. We wanted to wait on providing a review to see how things would last and we're happy to report that to this date, the windshield molding has not leaked. Ken is professional and honest and we would definitely recommend this company to other people.

Service was done quickly and well.  Can hardly notice the chipped portion of the windshield.  Staff did teh joc quickly and were very helpful.

Had the windshield replaced at their garage. Made an appointment in advance, the repair took less than an hour. Very satisfied with the result. Would definitely use again.

I spent a considerable amount of time researching various windshield replacement companies due a horrible experience with Safelite Auto when I had to go back 3 - 4 times as water kept coming into the windshield when it rained. I found Superior Windshield Repair, and after reading the reviews, was satisfied to go forward with scheduling an appointment. I spoke to Ken, who wasn't sure if he serviced our area. However, after I explained my last experience and begged him to do our windshield, he agreed, and we set a date and time. 
The night before the appointment I called to make sure he had my insurance information and that we were all set for the next day. He expressed some reservations due to the impending weather that was calling for rain. I told him we had a carport. We had a lengthy discussion about the carport as he wanted to know how tall it was and explained to me why that mattered. 
Come the morning of the appointment, nobody had showed up half hour into the one hour window he had given me the night before. I called him to find out what was going on, and he told me he decided to move my appointment (without telling me!) due to the rain in Annapolis (I'm located in Rosedale). I was completely taken off guard by that because we had just had a conversation the prior evening about the car port, plus it wasn't raining where we were, neither was it calling for rain. And, even if he had forgotten the whole discussion about the car port, a simple phone call to me to cancel or move the appointment would have caught the error. He wanted to move the appointment to Friday, but I reminded him that as I told him the first day, we were going out of town and needed this windshield to be replaced prior to leaving. He scrambled and had guys over to us within the hour. He then apologized for what had happened and said he was at fault and took full responsibility for the two misses (forgetting about our car port discussion, and not calling me when he decided not to send the guys out). For my troubles he waived the my insurance deductible, and I will definitely be using him again. 
As I told him, nobody is perfect, but the key is what you do when you make a mistake and it's your fault. And he handled that beautifully by taking ownership and responsibility of what what he had done, and going out of the way to take care of the customer when that happened.

I was able to schedule an early morning appointment to get to 2 chips repaired. The chips had happened a few months back and was really worried about the cold temperatures cracking the glass further. I forget the guy's name that did the repair (he was the owner) but he was nice and seemed very knowledgable about the issue. He preheated the windshield to make sure it didn't crack even further while he was working on it. He let me know that this was just going to be a structural repair and not a cosmetic repair. By that he meant I would still be able to see when it had originally chipped, but he would fix it so it would crack any further. As the crack was near the top of the windshield, I wasn't too concerned with being able to see the chip.
3.5 months later the repair has survived the frigid cold and snow and hasn't showed any signs of cracking or spreading. While I wish it was less apparent that a chip had been there, I am pleased with the work and would use them again in the future if such an issue should arise.

Update 9-2015: So the repair didn't hold and less than a year after "fixing" it, the windshield has started to crack where the chips originally were. I took it to another shop closer to my house and they said since a repair had already been attempted, the whole windshield would have to be replaced. Yay.

Ken and his crew were very friendly, polite and got it done fast.  REALLY!

I called Ken around ten o'clock in the morning to set up an appointment to have my cracked windshield replaced.  He called me back within five minutes to confirm that the glass was available and that he could do the job at two o'clock the same day.  I arrived ten minutes early (by sheer luck), and he and Jason, his staff member, were extremely accomodating and pleasant.  Jason replaced the windshield on my Jeep Wrangler in minutes while I had a delightful chat with Ken, the owner, in his office.  I was out of there with a new windshield perfectly installed before 2:20p.m., for $240.  It would have cost me $150 more to have Safelite, or another big company, perform the work.  Ken and Jason were total pros and good guys, and I would recommend using Superior WIndshield Repair to anyone.

They were very accommodating. The fact that the owner drove to my place of work to check if it could be repaired or replaced, and the next day I took my car first thing in the morning while I waited. I had called another big company that just said that I needed to replace it without even looking at it.

I called and spoke with Jason who gave me a quote and told me what to expect.  We scheduled the work and they came to my house.  Both my car and my husband's car had cracked windshields so we had both replaced at the same time.  Jason and Ian were on time and got the work done quickly.  We replaced the windshield on an SUV and a convertible and thought that the price was very reasonable.  We'd use these guys again and will recommend them to anyone with cracked windshields. 

The men were prompt, professional and polite. They came right to my place of work to take care of the windshield which made my life easy! I'd highly recommend them!
