We had no issues with them at all. They did a fantastic job. They also did a great job of clean up. They got the work done in about half a day so they were very prompt.

They came to install the carpet but kept needing to come back and correct lumps that kept appearing in the flooring. Recently, I began to have problems with the carpet bunching up again. I called Standard Carpet and they told me they were bought out by another company and that they would not honor the 3 year warranty. The company contacted the manufacturer, who sent out Mark Brown, who was a certified flooring inspector and he advised me that the installation was done incorrectly. I keep getting the run around and no one is honoring their warranty. Standard Carpet contacted the manufacturer and was told that the rippling was due to improper installation. They called me back and told me that it was my problem ,not theirs.
