WE HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY. THEY LOOKED AT OUR CREDIT AND WERE ABLE TO GIVE US AN ANSWER PROMPTLY AS THEY KNEW WE NEEDED AN ANSWER RIGHT AWAY. THEY HAVE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS TO US ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION LOAN AND SWITCHING TO A REGULAR MORTGAGE.
