+ -1 moreWE HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY. THEY LOOKED AT OUR CREDIT AND WERE ABLE TO GIVE US AN ANSWER PROMPTLY AS THEY KNEW WE NEEDED AN ANSWER RIGHT AWAY. THEY HAVE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS TO US ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION LOAN AND SWITCHING TO A REGULAR MORTGAGE.
Description of Work: WE HIRED THIS LOAN COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE A LOCAL COMPANY. THEY WERE ABLE TO LOOK AT OUR CREDIT AT A WHOLE, NOT JUST OUR SCORE. WE HAD ISSUES WITH MEDICAL COLLECTIONS THAT APPEARED ON OUR REPORT, BUT THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAID BY OUR MEDICAL INSURANCE COMPANY. THEY APPROVED US FOR A CONSTRUCTION LOAN AND WE WILL CONVERT TO A TYPICAL MORTGAGE.
