After meeting with us to assess our needs and
priorities, Rick rendered a plan which provided a much greater sense of space,
improved traffic flow and functionality, and maximized interior brightness and external views with
new lighting and increased glass areas.
His detailed layouts and written instructions provided the basis for the
bid package, which assured construction proposals would be complete and
comparable.
Rick suggested qualified construction groups, and worked with us to evaluate the resultant bids. The selected contractor, Nye Design and Construction, turned a quality design into a quality product, in the time frame
and cost which Rick had estimated.
The now completed renovation is outstanding in every way, greatly exceeding our
expectations.
