ROOF CENTER INC

The delivery was a disaster. The Roof center caused damage to my driveway in several areas. The metal stablizer plates were lowered in place on to the asphalt driveway cutting in to the asphalt.The driver made no attempt to minimize the damage. The driver could have place plywood under the metal plates and that would have protected the driveway. After the job was complete the driver took picture of the damage and quickly left the premises before i could get outside. I contacted the manager{Matthew Mc Cann at their western Ave location and sent him pictures of the damage. He initially said he would look at the claim but that was the end of our discussions. He has not contacted me since the original e-mail and refuses to give me the name of his insurance company.I have e-mailed Mr. Mc Cann several times and there has been no response from him or his management. This is a poor business practice for any company. They make you sign a liability release and then they do nothing to protect your drive way. They do not give a dam about your situation. This is a bad company to do business with.I would recommend avoiding them at all cost. After several months the roof center did resolve my problem. The roof center contacted me and hired a paving contractor that repaired my driveway. The repair was excellent and we are very satisfied that the roof center stepped up and helped us with this situation.
