It went great. John the designer had really good ideas on how to make our space more open.

Very little well. This is not a company I would recommend to anyone. They installed an overhand fan to vent the shower. It was too small to do the job, and was vented into the attic--not to the outside of the house. (We ended up replacing at our own expense.) Bathroom shower leaked into the floor below. (I had tiling repaired at my own expense). The window trim they installled was not sanded on the ends and was not centered. Had to be redone. They advertised a senior citizen discount, but did not honor it. When they said cabinets were completely installed, they were not. They had to order new parts, and make a series of fixes. Getting their staff (and subcontractors) to address and fix things after their company rep said the job was completed literally took months. I could go on. Letters to the company president were never answered. Eventually we stopped trying to reach them. In summary: use at your own risk!

Sales man was good and polite. The roofing typically put on in squares. Each shingle is 3 feet in width. The sample he brought in was only 1/3 of one shingle. It did not represent the shingle. There was a lot of orange in the shingle. We did not want orange. They took it off and put all the shingles up on the roof line. The got 30 square feet of tile up an this was not the roof we put out. They un nailed what they put on and put up something more our taste. They lifted the coup up and instead of reattaching it they set it back down on the roof trusting that it would keep it in place. Of course it didn't the next thunderstorm we had. But it flew off the roof and crashed in my driveway. They would not send someone out to look at the damage. So I had to pay for the damage out of pocket, pay for the instillation out of pocket, and it also damaged my gutters. So now my insurance company is suing them. They are about 50% higher than their competitors after I delved more into it. The roof was an A, the installing the coup was an F. I would not use them again in the future.

Very, very well. It exceeded our expectation. .All deadlines were met. The installers were professional and courteous. While all items were not clearly laid out in the contract, they performed the agreed upon matters that were initially discussed. I would highly recommend Renvisions for any remodeling work.

Revision came to our home and walked us through options for both bathrooms. After making several choices, they recommended that we come to see their showroom in Annapolis which had several of our choices on display (cabinets, flooring) so that we could be confident in our choices. They started on the first bathroom on their committed date and after 2 weeks finished and started on the Master Bath. Both came out perfect including the extras that we added (e.g., heated towel racks, bench in Master Bath). A father and son team (and the son's good friend) completed both bathrooms and worked around our schedule as necessary. Couldn't be more happy.

It went very well. I met with a ton of companies and I'm so happy I decided to go with RenVision. Their showroom was gorgeous and they were able to offer the one stop shop experience. The entire team at RenVision was friendly and communicated with me daily about my project. I highly recommend them to family and friends.

Renvision Kitchen and Bath did an excellent job in the design and remodeling of our kitchen. Fred Corcoran did a great job designing our kitchen. He was courteous, knowledgeable and innovative. He took time to listen to us and worked with us to realize our vision. The installation crew was amazing. They consulted with us throughout the project to meet our expectations. They were focused, motivated and true professionals from demolition to completion. We really liked how they kept the work area clean and clutter free. We were very appreciative of their attention to detail and genuine care. We highly recommend Renvision Kitchen and Bath.

Renvision made the entire bathroom remodel experience seamless. We chose to do both of our bathrooms at the same time, which sounds chaotic, but the crew was super considerate and always made sure to respect our home. Renvision also made picking materials super easy and went over every detail with us. The materials were high quality and installed beautifully. Every time I take a bath or stand in my new shower, I feel like I am at a spa! They also made financing the project super simple. The remodel and installation of everything was very professional. The crew was super nice and kept everything as clean as possible. I actually work from home and they were always respectful of my time and space. I would definitely recommend Renvision to anyone looking to do a remodel!

We were very impressed with RenVision from the initial contact. They were very polite, professional and worked with us to get the price within our budget. The crew showed up on time and worked consistently and extremely neat. We called back after the job was completed because of a minor problem and someone came out the same day to resolve our issue. The sales person came back after completion to see the work and to make sure that we were completely satisfied with everything. And we absolutely was!!! We would definitely recommend them to others and use again for future projects.

Stay away from RenVision Home Remodeling. After much research we chose RenVision to replace our roof shingles and install a skylight. After they removed our old shingles I climbed up on the roof to see how the installation of the new shingles was coming along. Much to our surprise they were installing different shingles from the one we chose. We immediately contacted the sales person and was advised the numbers assigned to the shingle sample matched the number scribed on the contract. I did not dispute THAT. What was in dispute was the "sample" shown did not accurately depict the entire shingle. Fortunately, I took a picture of the "Sample" the sales person depicted in our kitchen. It did not accurately represent the shingle at all. Not even close. After a handful of telephone calls later, they agreed. They did remove about fifteen square feet of shingle and replace it with a different shingle. To their credit, good for them, BUT, I shudder to think how this would have worked out if I did not implement an abundance of caution and take a picture of the "sample" that was displayed for sale. Even their employees conceded what was displayed during the sales presentation did not match mirror what they were installing. And in further fairness I can see how this happens since the "sample" only depicts about one third of the shingle. Not even. I added, they might want to consider using a full shingle to avoid future confusion. Lets face it time is money and I respect a contractor's time. They did show up (punctuality) on time and stayed within the timeline schedule. Fast forward 18 months. During a thunderstorm the cupola attached to our roof over our garage blew off just missing my truck parked in the driveway. That was the good news. I called State Farm and they came right out and showed me why the cupola blew off. I was stunned. When RenVision replaced my roof shingles they uninstalled my existing cupola from the roof ridge line to install the new ridge vent. New shingles were installed in the area UNDER the cupola (or at least where it used to be.) When they reinstalled the cupola they did not screw it BACK into the roof. Another roofing contractor determined it because they installed the roof ridge vent right against the cupola and could no longer secure the cupola. Really? You can see in the old wood skirt of the cupola the original screw indentations and how it was previously attached to the roof. Those same wood holes were not painted indicating earlier roof flashing was installed which no longer existed. Furthermore, new shingle was installed where the cupola (underneath) used to be. No holes, no blocks of wood screwed into the roof, nothing. I went on You Tube and learned how to install a cupola correctly. Geesh Louise. They merely lifted up the existing cupola and rested it back on the new roof unsecured in any fashion. I should feel fortunate that when the thunderstorm arose and blew the cupola off the roof there were no children bringing their bicycles into the garage. This is clearly an aggravation and will cost me a lot more $$ to make right, but at least no one was seriously injured. Or worse! I called RenVision. Not only did they not agree regarding the faulty installation (you dont nail a cupola to the roof??), but refused to send any person out to even LOOK at the damage or the roof. Really? We sent them a registered letter inviting them to look at the destroyed wooden cupola, GutterHelmet and gutter. No response. Written or otherwise. The destroyed cupola now sits in my backyard while I wade through the judicial system. In the meanwhile, I am researching the cost of a new cupola and have found two different contractors to make this right. In all fairness, the roof shingles are straight and the shingles we picked out the second time look good. I do have some shingles which have pop ups (where the roofing nails push the shingle up out of align with the roof) but I figure I can nail them down myself. Do I really expect them to come out for that when they wont look at a more significant issue? Also, during this process I consulted with other roofing contractors to get feedback re the cupola. Lets face it, it is a benefit to know what you dont know. And I admit I dont know plenty. What I learned since, though, is I paid approximately 50% more than the median cost to replace my roof and RenVision does not guarantee their work. You can see the dirt that collected around the perimeter of the cupola but no holes where it should have been secured to the ridge line. Nor will you seenStay away from RenVision Home Remodeling. Not only did they not agree regarding the faulty installation, but refused to send any person out to even LOOK at the damage or the roof. Really? No person or persons are perfect, but you cant even come out to assess our concerns? As they say, learn from experience. I mentioned this review on Next Door Dunloggin ( a local blog of neighbors and beyond) and discovered this is not the first unfortunate instance of their work. Now i will have to file a claim in the District Court. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. My check is cashed and balance paid, but at least I can hope to caution others. Hope this helps in your contracting decisions. Cheers!

The subcontractors did a fine job on the kitchen, despite minor troubles (not securing a drawer slider to the cabinet frame and installing half of the locking shelf pegs upside down). RenVision on the other hand was an absolute nightmare, and I will vehemently refer friends and neighbors AWAY! The sad part is that all of our troubles could have been remediated with a few phone calls and simple communication. Our designer left RenVision and we were never informed. A week before the project was supposed to start, when I contacted RenVision, we were informed that the designer was gone and our project was going to be delayed by almost a month and a half (from the last week of January to the middle of March). It took my strongly-worded email to get the project started in the middle of February. We would not have been so angry if someone would have called us to let us know that the designer was gone and she had not ordered the cabinets. We would have been disappointed, but understanding, and not angry. Prior to that, the Operations Manager was supposed to visit the home for the first time to make sure the project was plausible. He was an hour and a half late, because he was "stuck in traffic". My wife and I were both many hours late to work because of this appointment. Again, no one called us, and there was never an apology. I am 100% positive that the man has a cell phone and could have reached us, but he did not. Again, had someone called and told us that he would be late, we would have been disappointed, but understanding, and not angry. During the renovation, the Operations Manager was in charge of our project, because our designer was no longer with RenVision. The man never gave us his cell number though we asked for it on multiple occasions. We were told that the best way to reach him was to call the main office number or email. I suspect that they withheld his cell number because of the previous strongly-worded email (understandable). We had the cell phone numbers of the general subcontractor and electrician, but not of the man who was responsible for the project. In two instances, subcontractors needed urgent information, and the only way we could reach the Operations Manager was through email. In another case, the countertop installer showed up at our house (where we did not yet live), and no one was there to let him in the house. We emailed the Operations Manager to handle the situation, but of course he was in a meeting and did not respond until an hour later. The installer called us, and my wife had to leave work to let the installer into the house, all because we could not get ahold of the Operations Manager who was responsible for managing the project and the subcontractors. Moreover, there were multiple instances where the Operations Manager relayed incorrect information on the design to the subcontractors. We sent him an explicit bulleted list in writing that he could have easily passed on directly to the subcontractor, but instead he relayed different information. For example, the electrician did not know that we wanted a pendant light above the peninsula, and he was told that we did not want a light switch at our backdoor, the main entrance to the house. Had I not gone to the house to meet the electrician, this would have been a larger issue. When you pay over $40,000 for a renovation project, you expect highly professional project management. No matter how much you pay, you expect the project manager to be responsive when you have issues, you expect respect for your time, and you expect prompt and accurate communication with both the homeowner and the subcontractors. We are and will continue to be completely disappointed with our experience with RenVision, though we’re looking forward to enjoying the beautiful kitchen that their subcontractors built. Glad it’s over, so we can move on with our lives.

My wife and I contracted Renvision to replace our existing windows with new ones. We purchased the windows back in April of 2016 and they were installed roughly July 2016. We noticed there was a rather large crack in the upper left hand corner of one of the windows. We reported this for warranty repair as soon as we noticed (roughly August/September timeframe). We were told a new window would take some time to make and that we would be contacted with a time to install. We called for a status update in November and were given the cold shoulder. It's January 2017 and our window still has a giant crack in it. We've reached out to Renvision quite a few times and they refuse to speak with us. RENVISION DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY! My husband and I are so happy we decided to use RenVision to remodel our master bathroom. We meet with Mike and he understood our vision and helped us all the way through the process. The installers were great. They were on time, professional and took pride in their work. The customer service from the project manager was greatly appreciated as this was our first big remodeling project. Overall we are very satisfied with the work done by RenVision and would recommend them to our friends and family. Our kitchen is up next and we will definitely be calling them in the Summer.

The crew RenVision assembled to do the project were professional and knowledgeable. They took care to keep the disruption to our lives minimal and made every effort to cleanup daily. Every member of the team went out of their way to address any questions we had and were great in providing suggestions that would improve the final outcome of the project. Our overall experience with RenVision was great! As with any project of this size there was some minor frustration with miscommunication and follow-up. For example, some of the changes discussed did not make it into the contract and did not get communicated to the on-site work team. But in every instance the changes were caught and made. As stated earlier we were told the project would take 5 to 6 weeks for completion so when at the end of 4 weeks we were 98% completed it was a great surprise. The only items left was to install a curved shower rod, a door stop, and some touch up painting. We are not quite sure what the cause was but it took almost another full week to complete these final items. It should be noted that we did have full use of everything including the shower as they had installed a temporary shower rod. In summary I would highly recommend Mike and the whole RenVision team. While I have stated there were some miscommunications, customer service was exceptional and the on-site workers fantastic. We were so impressed with RenVision we had them replace all of our windows on the front of the house. Again the work was impeccable.

We signed a contract but things did not go as described so we signed the cancelation clause and returned within 72 hour time frame. A couple hours later the owner Brian showed up and pressured us into letting them do the job. So we relented. They showed up and worked pretty diligently but in the end the finish quality was terrible. They removed and reset tiles twice and tile work is still unacceptable. They refinished drywall and paint 3 times finally after 4 months they hired a painting contractor to do it right and finish vanity installation. They will not return phone calls. I've asked for copies of plumbing and electrical permits and inspections several times to no avail. The owner of this company was a neighbor and promised I would not be disappointed. Boy was he wrong.
Response from RenVision Home Remodeling
"Mr. [Member Name Removed], I've turned you down multiple times regarding your project. You sought me and my company out to remodel your bathroom, it wasn't the other way around. You own a commercial concrete business and residential construction is a totally different ball game than commercial as your quite aware. My company does hundreds of jobs a year and the crew and team I placed on your job have been with this company since day one. My employees and installers were placed in uncomfortable positions and felt threatened multiple times throughout your job. I witnessed first hand the profanity you used to address one of my employees. As a company policy to make sure all of our customers are satisfied with the work, we conduct a final walk through of your project and have customers sign a completion form to rate us on our work. You signed the completion form stating the job was complete but you were waiting on a few items which were on back order. Those items were a piece of trim, shower head, and towel ring. Those items were installed and the job was completed. I apologize for accepted your project, but in the end, the job got done and from the pictures I've seen, it looks amazing."

We want to say, once again, how pleased we are with what you and your company did for us, from design services that Fred prepared for us and selection of cabinets provided in your fabulous showroom, installation of cabinets and granite countertops, and final finishing. Your imaginative design services quickly helped us select the right combination of cabinet elements for our gallery-size kitchen, including the desk work area. The broad range of cabinet face styles and finishes you had available in various price categories enabled us to select cabinets that are beautiful, very well made with a quality finish, and at the same time reasonable in overall cost which enabled us to stay within our budget. When we signed the contract you gave us an estimated starting date that was over two months away, and much to our pleasant surprise your crew started on that exact date. From point on you kept us apprised of when various phases would be done and the work progressed precisely on schedule. All the workmen, from demolition through installation and finish carpentry, were well qualified, they worked diligently, and they were friendly and respectful. We are extremely satisfied with the entire process and will be recommending you to our family and friends. Thank you for building our dream kitchen.

They changed the size of the shower base to 36x60 on the contract and didn't contact us with change. The shower base does not have a water curb and water ran on the floor. I have modified the base to prevent water running on to the floor. We have tried to negotiate with this company to have them pay for shower doors which we didn't want. We have filed a complaint with DLLR in Maryland. Mr. Kincaid the owner is lier and I have the contract, emails and pictures to prove it. Worst contractor we have ever had to deal with.

Some of my neighbors had used Renvision and I saw how good their work was on my day off. I got a quote from a family friend and it was very low but after having Renvision out I was extremely impressed with the quality of the materials and installers I had seen for myself. I decided the difference was worth the quality and couldn't be more impressed.. they showed up early and were very professional. The representative was very informative about the process and patient in answering all my questions.. I have already recommended them to many friends and co-workers since my experience. I will be reaching out to them next year for new windows and a sliding glass door

RenVision, did quick work.  Destroyed existing floor causing cracks in ceilings and walls.  Failed to fix the damage.  Had to return in a month to fix cracks in grout and leaking supply line in sink.  After several months found that the red color on the back of the tiles on the walls was bleeding through.  Contacted RenVision because the installed claimed he was sealing the grout.  Renvision ignored requests to repair the grout.

Phone calls and e-mails were ignored.

If you want the job done good and fast you will get the fast...at least.  Will get another contractor to repair the grout and bill RenVision.
