 + -1 moreI needed a quick estimate to do the reconstruction so that I could decide whether to make an offer to a landlord for a downtown commercial space. The principal agreed to inspect the space and prepare an estimate and rough drawings within 24 hours. he provided a fair proposal and opened my eyes to the amount of work required that led me to decide against making an offer. He came to the property and explained his estimate patiently. Very helpful and professional.
Description of Work: He provided an estimate to install a kitchen and convert an empty commercial space into living quarters and home office.
